British TELECOM

Since 2011 NEXT has been collaborating with BT Italy for the following activities:

  • Support system service – Domain Migration, Security Mitigation, Identity and Access Management;
  • Project management activity linked to the preparation of the network infrastructure for WEBTOP project.

NEXT has over ten years’ experience on provisioning Wholesale system. In particular:

    • Analysis, development, acceptance and management of an integrated platform for the management of Wholesale orders by interconnected operators (in accordance with AGCOM directives);
    • Modeling, analysis, design and test plan implementation relating to the CRM system for the management of Wholesale orders on:
      • Regulated services;
      • Connectivity services (voice and data circuits) and co-location;
